That’s awesome considering we’re only 5 days in! We got all of you to thank for this accomplishment! That deserves a new gif as well!

We have made a neat collection of all the gifs created by us and you guys here.
To unlock more stretch goals and make Magination even better, we have to reach as many as possible with this Kickstarter campaign. Surprisingly many have already seen one of our gifs, one way or another, without knowing the magnetic source. If you scroll up to the video, you’ll see these buttons beneath it:
Kickstarter has made it really simple to share the campaign, so all you need to do is to click any of the buttons and share it, and instantly more people will know about Magination and where they can get these attractive magnets. You have already helped us a lot, and we really appreciate all further help we can get!
Now let’s dig into what this update is all about.
TL;DR: You will choose colors for your set among the available colors for “Module one” after the Kickstarter ends, and we’re going to vote on the new color from December 1st to 7th.
There has been some confusion regarding how each Magination-set can be combined and how these “modules” work. That one’s on us, so we’ll go more in detail on how you can choose the colors for your set.
First off, we currently have FOUR colors to choose between for “Module one”, which consists of 1 x Triple + 6 x Single. “Module two” consists of 6 x Double and only come in black. To clear out some more confusion, the MAGNIFIER set consists of 1 x Module one and 0 x Module two.
The colors you can choose between are red, blue, green and the new color. Every Kickstarter-backer will be able to vote on the new color they want between DECEMBER 1st to 7th, after which the color with most votes becomes the fourth official color! If we reach the “COLOR UNLOCK” stretch goal, we’ll vote on a fifth color for Module one after the fourth has been released.
Before we reach the “COLOR UNLOCK”, we have the “CUSTOM COLORS” stretch goal. Currently we’re using standard colors from the manufacturer that looks good, but we can do so much better! This stretch goal allow us to order more customized colors for the red, blue, green and fourth color, and will give the Magination-pieces a lovely look!
Some time after the Kickstarter-campaign is over, we’ll send out a survey to collect shipping information, where you will be able to choose different colors for each Module one in your set.
The MA.gif will come in the displayed colors (red, blue and green), because it is perfect as it is. It is also a special set, as it does not consists of “Module one”, but a version with more Singles. For the MAGTASTIC x2 and MAGNEATO x2, you can choose different colors for the two sets. You do not have to get an identical copy, unless that’s what you want.
We hope that this update cleared some confusion, and if you have further questions or want more information, just ask. There’s probably someone else that is wondering about the exact same thing.
We’re also looking into the possibilities for add-ons, which is something we noticed you guys want! We have to make sure that this is something that can be pulled off without delaying the final delivery. If we’re able to do it, we will arrange the add-on process AFTER the Kickstarter has ended, so we can handle your Kickstarter pledge and add-ons separately and still ship them together. We would love to hear what extra pieces you would like to add, though. Feel free to comment that on this post.
